About the Course
Unlike traditional risk management approaches that may rely heavily on fixed plans and periodic assessments, agile and hybrid projects require continuous risk awareness, rapid decision-making, adaptive planning, and close collaboration. This course explores how risk management can be embedded into iterative delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, reviews, retrospectives, and hybrid project governance.
Participants will learn how to balance agility with appropriate controls, manage uncertainty without slowing delivery, identify emerging risks early, and use iterative feedback to improve project outcomes.
